The Imagination Exchange is a programme where North Pole Vibe offers free standard digital greeting cards in exchange for your creative input. By participating, you receive a free digital card and we receive your response to a creative question.
Eligibility
Applies to standard digital cards only. Premium cards (£1), Cinema Cards, 3D Cards, and physical cards are not included.
One creative response is required per person. Returning users who have previously submitted are not required to answer again.
Available throughout 2026. We may extend or withdraw at our discretion.
What you receive
One free standard digital greeting card per session
Card available for 90 days from creation
Card includes "Made with North Pole Vibe" branding
Fair Use
Intended for personal, non-commercial use
We reserve the right to suspend access if the service is misused (automated submissions, offensive content, bulk commercial use)
No hard limit per person, but we monitor for abuse
Your creative input
You grant North Pole Vibe a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use your response for product development and research
We will not publish your response publicly without your consent
Your response is a creative opinion shared voluntarily — not IP being transferred
You retain the right to share the same idea elsewhere
We may be inspired by your response but are under no obligation to credit or compensate unless you hold a separate Ideations Club agreement
What the free card does NOT include
AI-generated covers (Premium card, £1)
Timed/scheduled release (Premium card, £1)
Custom fonts, colours, or text positioning (Premium card, £1)
Removal of NPV branding (Premium card, £1)
Physical printing or postal delivery
Storage beyond 90 days
Data & Privacy
Name and email used for card delivery and, if opted in, Club communications
Creative responses stored securely for internal use only
Request deletion anytime: admin@northpolevibe.com (actioned within 7 days)
